Patsy from Family, Friends and Food continues her personal challenge with homemade pasta. She made from scratch big Ravioli with ricotta cheese and sweet turkey sausage.

Glenna from A Fridge Full of Food prepared a low fat, healthy and tasty Chicken Spaghetti. I love the idea of a chicken ragout!

Kitchenetta from Got No Milk add some carrots to the traditional recipe and cooked Carrot macaroni and cheese: they look like a wonderful pie!

Helen from Fuss Free Flavours was craving for chicken liver, and cooked Pasta with chicken livers, tomato and mushrooms. She told me that it's been about 2 years since she last did this recipe... I think she will not wait so long again.

Joanne from Eats Well With Others loves peanut butter and created Peanut Butter Chicken Couscous with broccoli. I love all the ingredients... I have to try this!

Kevin from Closet Cooking wanted to try some pistachios with his asparagus pesto recipe and cooked an amazing Pistachio Asparagus Pesto on Penne.

Kristin from Sogkonnite Living prepared Homemade Pasta for first time. Even when I make it, the steps may seem tragic... but it's the result that matters!

Abby from Eat the right stuff received some fresh and tender broad beans and had a pasta craving... so she cooked Broad and green bean pasta with lemon and pink peppercorns.

This is my contributions for this week: Clams Spaghetti.
